Petition under Section 151 CPC praylng that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the Higlr Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to immediately restore the Power Supply to the Petitioner's unit vide HT Service Connection No. SEC2063 and restrain the Respondents from taking any coercive steps, includlig further disconnection of power supply or recovery proceedings, in respect of the subject service connection, pending disposal of WP No.3905 of 2026, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following .(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

This application is.Iiled to direct the respondents to immediately restore the Power Supply to the petitioner's unit vide HT service connection No.SEC2063 and restrain the respondents from taking any coercive steps, including further disconnection of power supply or recovery proceeding, in respect of the subject service connection.

The petitioner has liled a complaint dated 10.01.2025 before the Iearned Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF -II) of TGSPDCL and has obtained an order in its favour. The respondents have challenged the same videW.P. No. 18784 of 2025.

Though there vvas no stay, without issuing notice, the Power Supply is disconnected.

Merits of the respective parties apart, since the disconnection is ordered without issuing the notice, the respondents are directed to restore the Power Supply to the petitioner's unit vide HT service connection No.SEC2063, till 24.02.2026.
