In view of the above submissions and since it is stated that the 1st petitioner's grandfather was allotted house site admeasuring 82 square yards in Sy.No.9/ I situated at Khairatabad Village, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to examine the Form-D patta certificate issued in favour of the petitioner's grandfather uide proceedings No.F 1259 / 82 and if the patta certilicate is genuine certificate and if the 1"t petitioner's name is being found in the list of beneficiaries, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the case of the l^st petitioner and if the said plot is not available allot an alternate house sites or to allot houses as per the schemes introduced by the State Government, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
