When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petitions has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.2313B of 2025, which was disposed of uid,e order dated 03.O9.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petitions also.
