Sri E.V. Suresh Kuma1, learned counsel, representing Ms. V. Uma Devi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, fairly submits that respondent No.3 wil consider t].e representations of the petitioners, as and when received, and pass appropriate orders in accordance wittr law. 4' Having regard to the submissions made by learned counser for the respective parties, the Writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to make their representations to respondent No.3, for redressal of their grievance, within a period of two (O2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representations, respondent No.3 is di rected to pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (O4) weeks thereof, and communicate a copy thereof to the petitioners.
