Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 in providing electricity connection to the petitioners property situated at Sy. No. 532 Lemour Village, Kandukur Mandal as per Reg. The case of the petitioner in brief is that, the petitioner is the owner trnd possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.2500 guntas sitr aterl at Lemour village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga

Reddy District. The petitioner had submitted an application dated 05.12.2024 before the 2nd respondent for domestic electricity connection, but the respondents did not consider the same. Aggrieved by the said action of the 2nd respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TS Transco, appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 upon instructions submits that the petitioner submitted an apprication to the 2nd respondent for domestic service connection to the property situated at Sy.No.532, Lemour Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and the same had been rejected vide retter No.18.01.2025 of the 2nd respondent.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 upon instructions further submits that the petitioner had made application for grant of new service connection under domestic category by paying the requisite amount. Along with the said application, petitioner had. submitted copy of pattadar pass book claiming to be owner of Ac.0.2500 guntas of land in Sy.No. 532 of Lemour Village. However, petitioner made the application for grant of domestic service connection which could not be granted as there is no dwelling
