Petitioner seeks a directior-i to respondents Lo receive the application form and rclease service connecLions to petiLioner's property bearing H.No.23- 122Plot on part of Plot No. 197, admeasuring 233.33 square yards in Sy.Nos. 148, 158, 159, 160 & 161, situated at HMT Sathavahana Nagar, Kukzrtpatly Village, Balangar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the pctitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy on behalf of Respondent No. 1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel tbr TGSPDCL on behalf of Respondents 2 to 5 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Responder-rt No.6 - Greater Hydcrabad Municipal Corporation.

Ms. Nikita Goenka, learncd counsel lor petitioner submits that in somewhat similar circumstances,^q,hile dealing rvith Writ Petition No. 20121 of 2025, this Court by orcler dt.14.O7.2O25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

"(iv) All the necessary service connections, such as, Electricit.S,, water supply, sewerage connecr ion, etc., shall be given by thc service provider / Board to the buildings only after the production of the complction / occu^pa tion certificate.

(v) Even after issuance of completion c('rlificate, deviation / violation if any contrary to thc plarrnirrg permission brought to the notice of the authonty immediate steps be taken by the said authoritS concerned, in accordance with law, against the builder / ow,ner / occupant; and the official, rr.l-ro is responsible for issuance of wrongful compk:tion / occupation certilicate shall be procceded departrncnrally lorthwith.

(vi) No pcrmission / licence to conduct any business / trade must be given by any authorities including local bodies of States / Union Territories in any unauthorised building irrespective of it being resiclenrial or commercial building.

Since the prayer of petitioner is to receive the application form and release individual service connections, this Court q,ithout going into merits of the matter, clirects the respondents to receive the application of petitioner and release service connection to the subject property, subject to petitioner complying u,ith the directions issued by the Hon,ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar Ba.rJatga's case (supra) and thc statutory requrrements prescribed by the local authorities.
