20.6.2025 in granting permission for intake to the Petitioner No. 2 College for only 70 seats (reduced from 100 seats) for Undergraduate MIIMS Course and for post graduate course (lt/D) with intake capacity of 28 seats (reduced from 42 seats) for post graduate course in 07 subjects namely Pharmacy, Organon of lVledicine, Repertory, Material Medical, Practice of [Medicine, Pediatrics and Pschiatry with 04 seats for academic year 2025-2026, as being arbitrary and contrary to Article 14 of Constitution of lndia and contrary to the provisions of and National Commission of Homeopathy Act 2020 aftd consequently direct the Second Respondent to accord permission to the Petitioner No.2 College for intake capacity of 100 seats for Undergraduate tvllMS Course for the academic year 2025-2026 and intake capacity of 42 seats for the post graduate course (tMD) for the academic year 2O25-2026
