Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or orders or direction one in the nature of Mandamus thereby declaring the action of the Respondents in not disposing the Representations dated 2110812025 and 11l}gt2}25 of the Petitioner herein accordingly thereby, not removing or destructing the Fingerprint and other identification records of the Petitioner herein which were captured during the investigation of the Crime No.813 of 2021 on the file of PS Kukatpally, Cyberabad Police District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and capricious besides against the spirit of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondents herein lvlore Particularly Respondent No.2 to dispose the Representations dated 21l0gl2025 and 11lOgl2025 ofthe Petitioner herein, accordingly direct the respondent no.2 to remove or destruct the Fingerprint and other ldentification Records of the Petitioner hereinwhich were captured during the investigation of the Crirne No.813 of 2O21 on the file of PS Kukatpally, Cyberabad Police District.
