Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not extending the minimum timc scale to the petitioners on^par with the regular^Lecturers working in Government Degree Colleges, the present Writ Petition is hled.

Heard Ms. Palem Lakshmi Priya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and learned Government Pleader for Services-l on beha-lf of the respondents.

The li-s in lhe present writ petition is squarely covered by the adjudication of this Court in the common order dated 03.01.2025 passed in W. P. N o.2 8 1 34 ol 2023 and C.C.No.39 4 of 2024^.

Thcrelort', lor the reasons alike in the common order datcd 03.O L2O25 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28134 of 2023 and C.C.No.394 of 2024, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to examine thc u'orking hours of the petitioners, duly taking into consideration their Biometric Attendance History, and if it is found that the pctitioners have worked for more ttran⁽⁷²¹ periods per month, then the rcspondents shall pay thern the remuneration in line with thc Minimum Time Scalc of Pav attached to the post of regula-r Lecturers working in
