This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

"...declaring the inaction on the part of 2nd and 3rd Respondents in conducting inuestigation/ enqtiry on the complaint dt.21.08.2025 made bg the petitioner in accordance uith the guidelines issued by Honourable supreme court in LalithaKumaiVs State of Uttar Pradesh as illegal, arbitrary and also in uiolation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentlg direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to fortfuaith consider the complaint of the petitioner dt.21.O8.2O25 and conduct inuestigation/ enquiry on the complaint made bA the petitioner in accordance u-tith the guidelines issued by Honourable supreme court in LalithaKumaiVs State of Uttor Pradesh..."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 3. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with.

The facts of the case in brief are tL i t petitioner's husband and^{her late} mother-in-law are the rc int owners of H.No.3-5-783/24/6 at King Koti main Roar, Hyderabad having^{purchased the} same under registered s ale deed uide Doc.No.287 I 1979. After the death of petitior t r's husband, petitioner, who is residing in 2"d floor of raid building shifted to another^premises by Iocking the e ntire portion leaving the furniture inside the said portion. lt is submitted that petitioner's brother-in-law resides in I.a floor. On 19.O8.2025, when the petitioner visited her rortion, it is seen that^petitioner's brother-in-law i.e., resJ ondent No.4 herein broke open the locks of the said portion and committed theft of movables. In that regar 1, petitioner lodged a complaint before respondent No.2 or 21.O8.2O25 and requested to take action. Thereafter, on 01.09.2025, petitioner again approached respondent N: 3 with the same complaint, however, respondent Police di i not initiate any action. Questioning the same, the presen: writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Horne, on instructions, would submit that if the said representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation and appropriate orders be passed to that effect.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition IS disposed of with a direction to respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.O8.2O25 and pass appropriate orders by following due procedure as contemplated under law as expeditiously as possible.
