This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:-

"to declare tlrc action of 2,d Respondent in not considering and disposing o.f tlw npplication dt 24.7.2015 fled by petitioners before hiru ns illegal, arbitrary, aiolatiae of Art 14, 19(1)(9), 2'L and 300A of Constihttion of India and ultra aires Section 101 of Right to Fnir Contpensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition llelmbilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and to consequerttly direct the 2"d Respondent to forthuith consider thz representation filed by petitioners on 24.7.2075."

Brief facts in this writ petition are that the petitioners claims to be the owners ancl possessors of land admeasuring Ac.8.00 gts in Sy.No.517, situatecl at Naclargul Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Retldy District. On 09.02.2005, the said land was notified under Section 4(1) of Lancl Acquisition Act and subsequently Section 6 Declaration was issued on 72.06.2006. Thereafter, the Special Deputy Collector (l-A), Shamshabad, issued award proceeding bearing No.C/272/01 date'd 12.06.2006. Aggrieved by the award dated 72.06.2006, petitioners filed O.P.No.292 of 2007 on the file of ll Adclitional District Judge, Ranga Reddy, seeking enhancement of compensation. Meanwhile, Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in I-and Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 carne into force and uncler Section 101 of the Act, power is

given to the Government^{and also rights are createdin the original} owners of the^{iancls for reversionof lands in casethe land which} acquired has^{remainedunutilized for a period of5 yearsfrom the} date of taking^{over possession Thereafter State Government had} framed rtles^{ttide c.o.Ms.No.Sodated 19.12.2014 i.e., Telanganastate} Rights to Fair^{Compensation and Transparencyin Land Acquisition'} Rehabilitation^{and ResettlementRules,20'14. since, the subiect land} was not utilized,^{the petitionerson 24'07 '2075made an application} before respondent^{No.2 for reversionof lands in question by wayof} reconveyance^{and the sameis stilt pending' Aggrievedby the same'} this writ petition^{is filed'}
