Bringing the said submissaons of the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. Z to 4 on record, the writ petitaon is disposed of indicating the date of termination of the deceased employee be treated as the date of retirement with a liberty to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to approach the petitioner Corporation for compassionate appointment and upon such request being made through representation by the respondents 2 to 4 to the petitioner corporation herein the petitioner corporation is directed to consider the same on sympathetic grounds and pass appropriate orders on the said representation expeditiously, ln accordance to law. However, there shafl be no order as to costs.
