land and removed fencing. In that regard, petitioner made complaint to SHO, Narketpally i.e., respondent No.3 and accordingly respondent Police registered FIR No.153 of 2020. It is the further case of petitioner that again on 22.08.2023, with an intention to grab petitioner's land, at around 7PM three persons have broken fencing with an intention to steal agricuitural equipment, arrd about 10-15 Khadi stones were broken. Aggrieved by the action of above said accused persons, petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.510/2023 for permanent injunction on the file of Junior Civit Judge, Nalgonda. The said suit was decreed in favour of petitioner on 22.03.2O24. Thereafter, on 13.07.2024, the above said persons trespassed irrto the petitioner's land and broken 250 khadi stones and threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. On request of petitioner, on 23.O7 .2024, one Head Constable from respondent No.3 have visited petitioner's land and during the course of enquiry, stalf of rcspondent No.3 at the behest of accused persons tlied to beat the petitioner and his son. Again on the same day, petitioner tried to lodge complaint before respondent No.3, on refusal of the same, petitioner sent the complaint through RPAD. Till date the respondent authorities did not take any action on the representation of the petitioner. Questioning thesame,the present writ petition is filed.
