Considered the submissions^{of the iearned counsel for the} respective parties and^{perused the record.}

It is stated that the^{petitioner herein is an Ophthalmologist} and obtained^qualified certificate^{bearingRegistration} No.16112OO7OO|, dated^{22.09.2021from Kaloji NarayanaRao} University of Health^{Sciences and has also submittedan} application vide No.1719^{(MDCL) dated23} 'O3 '2023^before respondent No.S for medical^{license and obtainedall other} necessary permissions for practicing as^{a doctor' It is further}

stated that acting on the complaint submitted by M/s. Clix Capital Se rvices Private Limited, respondent No.3 registered a case in Crime No. l8l of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 42O and 406 r lw .l2O of IPC against the petitioner and her husband. The case of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 issued a notice vide No. 181/ACP/EOW T-lll/CCS-DDl2O24 dated 24.72.2024 under Section 94 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) to respondent No.S directing to submit the application No.1719 (MDCL), dated 23.O3.2023 and also the other relevant documents, which were submitted by her before respondent No.5. The grievance of the petitioner is that with the help of respondent No.5, the respondent-police are trying to cancel her medical certifrcate and even after receiving all the relevant documents required for the purpose of investigation, they are frequently summoning her to produce additional documents required for the purpose of further investigation.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that ends of^justice would be met if the petitioner is directed to furnish the information and all the relevant documents to the respondentpolice through Registered Post forthwith, required for the purpose of investigation in Crime No.18I of 2024. If any

additional information^{is required for the purpose of further} investigation, the^{respondent-policeare directedto issue notice} to the petitioner^{specifyingtime and date so as to enableher to} appear before them.^{It is made clear that except following the} above said^{procedure,the respondent-police shall not insist the} petitioner either for^{appearance or for submission of the} additional documents,^{which are not requiredfor the purpose of} further investigation.
