He further submits that for .,.."o.^-,- -,..,'th.ensake.of the.petitioners herein*the entire recruitment,should not be stalled as that would be detrimental for judicial system itself and even otherwise, since there are sufficient number of posts still lying vacant and if the petitioners succeed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, they cal still be accommodated ,against the said vacant posts those are available and appropriate consequential benefits could also be given to these petitioners, at a later stage, if they become entitled for being appointed.

Be that as it may, upon considering the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel appea-ring for the respondent-High Court, we are inclined to modify the order dated, 01.04.2025, to the extent that let the results be now declared and appropriate appointment orders be issued to all the selected candidates, except for the petitioners herein, who shall be considered for appointment subject to the outcome of the matter pertaining to the petitioners before^the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
