Heard learned^{counsel flor the petitioner and Sri H.Somaiah} Ezra Shastri,^{leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue} (Assignment)^{appearing on behalfof the respondents.}

According to the^{petitioner,her father-in-lawwas the} original^{assigneeof landadmeasuringAc. 1-01 guntas in Sy' No'} 873/3, situated^{at KorremulaRcvenue Village, Ghatkesar Mandal,} Medchal-Malkajgiri^{District. After his death, the petitioner's} husband^{succeededthe subjectproperty. The petitioner'shusband} died on^{06.03.2016. Thereafter,the petitionersucceeded the} subject ProPerty.

It is the specific^{contentionof the petitionerthat after the} death of^{her husband,the subject property is mentionedin the list} ofprohibited^{properties.In proofofthe same, she has filed copy of} the Bhu^{Bharathi status. Accordingly, she hassubmitted an online} application^{bearingNo. 2500115003, dated 2l'08'2025, to} respondent^{No. 2 with a request to delete the said property fiomthe}

Whereas, the leamed Assistant Govemmer t Pleader for Assignment, on instructions, would submit thar the subject property is assigned land. However, respondent No.,l will consider the online application submitted by the petitioner i nd decide the same in accordance with law.

In light of the aforesaid discussion, the wrir pctition IS disposed ol directing respondent No. 2 to consiclt r the online application bearing No. 25001 15003, dated 21.08.2()25, submitted by the petitioner, with a request to delete the subject propefty from the list of prohibited properties, and to pass appropliate orders in accordance with law. Respondent No.2 shall also take into consideration the order dated 19.09.2024 in W.p.No. 24138 of 2024, as well as the proceedings No.8/205 l,2OO4, dated 10.03.2006, issued by Respondent No.3. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner_ he shall pass orders assigning specific reasons and communicate ,r copy of the

same to thc pctitioner. However, he shall completc the said
