Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndiapraying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the HighCourtmay be pleased to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondenUTahsildar, Maheswaram Mandal in deleting the name of thepetitioner aspattadarand recording the name of 4th respondent aspattadar of the land inSy.No. 286/1, admeasuring Ac. 2- 22guntas, situated at Kongarakurd- A Village,Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being arbitrary. illegal,unreasonableand in gross violation,of principles of naturaljustice, apart from being violative of the provisions of The Telangana Rights in land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020 and also violative of Articles 14,21 and 300-A of theConstitutionof lndia and set-aside the mutation of name of 4th respondent aspattadar and restore the name of petitioner as pattadar of the above said land and issue a consequentialdirection directing the respondents not to interfere with therights of the petitioner over the said land.
