On these grounds, he prays for issuance of appropr.r te directions to safeguard the petitioner's possession.

On the other hand, the learned Additiona liovernment Pleader, appearing for respondent Nos. I and 2, on the basis of written instructions, submits rhar on 02.(g.2025, the patrolling staff received a call from one Anil I(c Jdy through his mobile phone. Acting upon the said call, rle patrolling party visited the location. However, upon (:, ,nducting a preliminary enquiry, they found that the disputt tetr.xieen the parties was civil in nature.
