When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.03-2022 before the official respondents seeking to refund the Raithu Banu and P.M. Kisar Samman Nidhi and to rectify the revenue records by^._deleting the name of respondent No.5 and restore the

name of petitioner in land admeasuring Ac.0.i.tl gts in surve.v No.77, Rekulapally Village, Kodair Mandal Nagarkurnool District, Telangana State. But the same kept penCing. Therefore, he seeks a direction to respondent llo.2 to consider the said representation and pass appropriate o:ders.
