relief in the present writ petition only to the extent of directing respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the said appeals/representations dated 27.3.2025 filed by the petitioners, in accordance u,ith law. The same is not seriously objected by the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

Having regard to the submissions made by the respective parties and without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the appeals /representations dated 2Z .3.2025 Iiled by the petitioners against the impugned rejection orders datecl 10.2.2023, strictiy in accordance rvith law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably ',r.ithin a period of erght (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petition, if any, shall stand closed. There sha11 be no order as to costs.
