Sri R.Gopi Mohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitroners seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition and to that effect addressed a letter dated 02.12.2025 to the Registrar(Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad.

Taking into consideration the contents of the letter dated 02.12.2O25 addressed to the Registrar(Judiciat), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and duly bringing the same on record, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
