Mohan Kumar, 2) K. Venkat Ramana, 3) G. Kavitha, 4) Kesireddy Chinna Reddy, 5) Kesireddy Venkata Ramanamma and not registering FIR against them and not conducting the investigation is illegal arbitrary, and violation of Provisions of the BNSS as well as Hon'ble Apex Court Judgment of Lalitha Kumari and consequently direct the respondent no.3 to 5 to take action on the complaint dt.31.05.2025 given by the petitioner against the above mentioned accused persons.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ petition is that basing on the complaint made by him on 31.05.2025, the respondentsauthorities are not initrating action by registering the FIR against the person(s) named therein, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective pafties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents submit that the issue involved in the writ^petition is squarely covered by a decision of this court in wP.No.7159 0f 2025 & batch, dt.10.03.2025, and the said common order would apply in all force to the facts of the present case.

Recording the same. for reasons alike as were stated in the aforesaid Writ Petitions, vide W.p.Nos.ttsg of ZO25 & batch, dt.10.03.2025, and in terms thereof, the present Writ petition is also disposed of. No order as to costs. 5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, periding shall stand closed
