This writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandarnus, declaring the inaction of Respondents 2 to 4 in not processing the succession proceedings in favour of the petitioners, in respect of land admeasuring Acs . 2.LB guntas in Sy. No. 521 L, situated . at Turkayamjal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on par with Proceedings No. B / 47 /2OLl, as illegal, arbitrary, and. violative of Article 2L of the constitution of India; and to issue a consequ.ential direction to Respondents 2 to 4 to process. and grant succession proceedings in favour of the petitioners for the said extent of land.
