This Writ Petition is filed seeking to^{declare the high} handed action of the respondents in^{rejectingthe application,} dated 25.10.2024 submitted by the^{petitioner as illegal and} arbitraru.

It is stated that petitioner is the owner and^{possessor of} the H.No.9-1-1 lBl46l10lA, admeasuring^{1O0 squareyards} situated at Defense Colony, Langar^{House, Hyderabad, having} purchased the same through an agreement^{of sale, dated} 15.09.2024 and since the date of^{purchase she has been in} possession of the same. The^{grievanceof the petitioneris that} the respondent authorities have^{forciblyevictedher from the} subject premises without acquiring the^{subject propertyand} without paying any compensation.^{The petitioner's further} grievance is that though she is entitled for allotment^{of double} bed room under the scheme^{framed by the Government, the} respondent authorities are^{not consideringthe same.}

Consrdered the submissions of thc learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stagc.

In view of the submissions made by the leartred counsel for the respective parties, this Court is of the opinion that if the pctitioner is having any document in support of her claim, she can make an application before respondent No.2 and if the petitioner fulhlls all the requirements of the Government policy and is otherwise eligible for allotment of double bed room house, respondent No.2 shall consider the case of the petitioner and communicate the decision thereon to her within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed

of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any,

pending in the writ petition stand closed.
