Learned counser appearing on beharf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the respondent shal be directed to pay the retirementar benefits i'e', PRC amount and other benefits as per petitioner,s regar entirement i.e., gratuity and leave encashment of the petitioner etc., as per petitioner,s legal e ntitlement.

Learned counser appearing on beharf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 further submits that r.A'No.1 0f 2025 courd kre arowed to the extent that the respondents may be directed to rerease aI the dues due to the petitioner as per petitioner's regar entitrement in acc.rdance to raw within a reasonabre period of time.

Taking into consideration of the said submissions made by the rearned counser appearing on beharf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 and dury considering the averments made in the affidavit fired in support of r.A.No..r of 2025, this application is arrowed directing the respondents to rerease the amount of gratuity and reave encashment and .ther retirementar benefits as per petitioner's legar entiflement in accordance to raw within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
