Heard learned counsel for the petitioneri learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.

Having regard to the manner ot disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent No.6 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that though the respondents-authorities on the Magistrate referring the complaint, pursuant a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 200 Cr.P.C., have registered a case, videCrime No.143 of 2024 dt.10.07.2024, the authorities.are not conducting detailed enquiry into the aforesaid complaint registered, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.

Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5 would submit that the respondents, on receiving the aforesaid complaint referred by the concerned Magistrate, \

have registered a case, vide Crime No.143 of 2024 dt.L0.07.2024, and took up investigation into the foresaid crime registered.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that the respondentsauthorities by conducting enquiry/investigation have also filed a charge 'sheet before the concerned Magistrate on 07.04.2025, yZe SR No.556 of 2025, and the same is pending to be taken on record by the concerned Magistrate.

The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, since, the respondents-authorities on registering the case, referred by the concerned Magistrate, on conducting investigation having filed a charge sheet on 07 .04.2025, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the charge sheet filed by the respondents-authorities, he has to avail further-remedies provided under BNSS.

B. Granting libety as noted above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner offers to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the High Court Advocates' Library. The aforesaid gesture is appreciated. No costs.
