Consicler,rble argurnents have been advanced on the issue whether the owner is lalling rvithin the meaning of link servlce as per the ciefinition of .consumer, under Section 2(15) of the Act of 2003. Arguments have also been advanced on thc applicability o1' clause 5 2.j of thc General .l.erms & Conditior.rs o1' Supply and also on thc sLrbstituted claLrse 4.g. i under Regulalion No.7 of 20i.3 issuecl b), ApllRC, which rernains in fbrce in the State of .felan-qana as well.
