The other side raised no objection and agreed that this writ appeal may be dispo-sed of by directing respondent No.7 to take a decision oh the aforesaid representations

In view of the consensus arrived at, the appellarrt is permitted to file a fresh comprehensive representation before respondent No.7 within fifteen days from today along with a copy of this order. In turn, responderrt No.7 sha_ll decide the said representation in accordance with law by taking into account the R&R policy and merits of the case, without getting mechanically influenced by the order of the learned Single Judge.
