This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner-wife to transfer F.C.O.P.No.143 ot' 2024 pending on the file of Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar to the II Additional Family Court at l-lyderabad

l,earned counsel for the petitioner produced case details of Tr.C.M.P.No.270 of 2025 which is filed by the respondent seeking the same prayer as in the present Tr.C.M.P. i.e., transfer of F.C.O.l'}.No.l43 of 2024 filed seeking restitution of conjugal rights lrom the Additional Family Cout, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar to the Il Additional Family Court at Hyderabad and the said Tr.C.M.P.No.270 of 2025 is allorved by this Court on 23.09.2025.

In view o1'the Order passed by this Court in Tr.C.M.P.No.210 of 2025, since the prayer sought is same, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowecl.
