Today 'when the matters have come up before this Court for hearing, Sri Herur Rajesh Kumar, lehrned Government Pleader for Arbitration, appearing for the respondents submits that during pendency of the instant Civil Revision Petitions, the trial Court has disposed of the main suit i.e., O.S.No.l28 of 20 15 on 27.07.2022 itself and therefore, the cause in the Civii Revision Petitions does not survive and have become infructuous. i-Ie also placed the copy of the^judgment in the suit.
