This Civil Revision Petition is filed ser:l,.ing the Court to direct the learned Principal Senior Civil .Iudge, Marrcherial. to dispose of Original Suit No.,lO of 2022 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Since no adverse orclers are passed against the rt spondents, no notice is required to be issued to the respondents before disposal of the Civil Revision Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner woull submit that the petitioner Iiled O.S.No.2O of 2022 befcrrc the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Manclir:rial, seeking cancellation of Gift Deed dated 2O.O3.2O'.ZI which was alleged to be have been obtained by tltl respondents through misrepresentation and for conseqlr()ntial reliefs of injunction. I{owever, the learned Trial Cour,. has not been disposing the said Suit and the resp,ondents are

attempting to create third-party interest over the subject properly which would cause irreparable loss and hardship to the petitioner and hence filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Retired Medica-l Practitioner and is aged 70 years and has been suffering 1n from multiple chronic ailments and the delay conducting Trial would cause irreparable loss and serious hardship to the petitioner and hence^'requested for expeditious disposal of the said Suit.

Having considered the said submission, this Court is of the considered opinion to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition w'ith the following direction:-

"The Court of Principal Senior Ciuil Judge, Mancherial is directed to dispose of O.S.No.2O of 2O22 as expeditiouslg as possible within^{a period} of six (6) months from the date of receipt of^copg of^this order. There shall be no order as fo^cosfs."
