Heard Sri R.R.Kalyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitionef and Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel d ppearing on behalf of the respondents.

The Civil Revision Petitien is filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.4 of 2O22in O.S.No.2 Ot 2O2l on the file of the Court of the Principal District Jupge, Bhadradri Kothagudem aggrieved by the docket ordel- dated 27.04.2025 passed in LA.No.4 of 2022 in O.S.No.2 qf 2021 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge Bhadradri Kothagudem.

3 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not insisting for the relief as sought for in the present Ci il Revision Petition, but only requesting this Court to qass appropriate orders for expeditious disposal of I.A. \o.4 of 2022 in O.S. No.2 of 2OZl on the file of the Court^pf the Principal District Judge, Bhadradri Kothagudem.

Bringing the said submissions of both the learned counsel on record, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Distract Judge, Bhadradri Kothagudem, to dispose of I.A. No.4 of 2O22 in O.S. No.2 of 2021, filed by the petitioner herein, in accordance to Iaw, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
