This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (tor short 'BNSS, 2023') seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.191 of 2O24 of Wadapally Police Station, Nalgonda District.

The petitioners are arrayed as accused No.8 in Crime No.191 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 125, 318(4) and Section 7 of EC Act of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet was filed against the petitioner and numbered as C.C.No.234 of 2025. 4. Having regard to the development in the proceedings and as the petitioner have to recalibrate and strategize the pleadings and file appropriate material in the petition, reserving the right of the petitioner to

file appropriate application, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
