This Criminal Petition is filed under Section i2B of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS 2023') seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioner'accused No.2 in Crime No.391 of 2025 of Chevella Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 223,280 antl 292 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 34 (a) of the Telangan a Excrse Act and Section 27 ot tde NDPS Act.
