ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking quashment of proceedings against petitioner/accused No.2 in Crime No.65 of 2024 of EOW (Cyberabad) Police Station, Cyberabad-Commissionerate.

The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.65 of 2024 regqstered for the offences punishable under Sections 316 (2) and 318(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNS, 2O23'l and Section 5 of the Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1 999.

Heard Mandala Supri_r,a, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No. 1-State.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is on bail and ready to cooperate with the investigation and as the investigation 1S undergoing, reserving the right to the petitioner to file appropriate petition after the investigating Agency liles the frnal result, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
