This petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking the learned Principle District and Sessions Judge, Siddipet to take steps to conclude the trial of C.C.No.1125 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Cherial as expeditiously as possible as no Magistrate is posted in Cherial.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Mamidi Sai Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file appropriate application afresh
