This petition is filed under Section S2B of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashment of the proceedings tn c c'No'9935 0f 2023 pending on the fire of the learned XV Additionar chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, against the petitioner/accused.

Heard Mr.praveen Kumar Challa, learned counsel for petitioner, l\lr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1_State.

3 The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused in C.C.No.993S of 2023 facing accusation under Sections 49g_A, 406, 420 of lndian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry prohibition Act

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner got a strong case even for quashment, as he is determined to see the process through, the insistence for his presence is causing severe difficulty in pursuing his occupations and avocations. Therefore, prayed for dispensing his personal appearance in the proceedings, unless presence in person is required and such direction wourd redress his gflevance.
