He submitted that the petitioner will appear before the trial Court whencver his prcsence is required and he will represent the rnatter through his counsel on each and every ad.journment.

In case of non-appearance of the petitioner/ accused No. 1 on the specific date so fixed by the learned trial Court for his appearance, the trial Court is entitled to procc.ed r,ith the matter in accordance rvith law
