Hence, ln vlew of the consensus arrived between the parties, without expressing aly opinion on the case, this Court is inclined to direct the concerned Authority to return the seized anl.unt with accrued interest on proper identification and verification under due acknowledgment. Further, in case if the seized amount is deposited before the trial court' the petitioner/accused officer No.2 is directed to file an appropriate application for returning the seized amount with accrued interest before the trial Court and on filing of such application, the trial Court is directed to consider the same by imposing conditions thereon.

With the above directions, the Crimina_l petition is disposed of.
