Learned^{counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a} Doctorbyprofessionandheispreparedtostandtrial,duetohis professional requirements,^{spending wholeday on each date of} adjournment^{is causing severe hardshipand exemptinghis personal} presence unless his^{personal appearance is required in the} proceedings, would^{redress his grievance.}
