This Criminal Petition is hled under Se ctio n 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'IINSS') for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.l in Crimc No.231 of 2024 of Chaderghat Police Station, Hyderabad District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted thatthe petitioner is innocent and denies involvement in thealleged murder and he was falsely implicatedbased on a confessional statement of co-accused,whichis inadmissiblein evidence. He further submitted that the name ofpetitioner was not me ntioned in the FIR and was onlyimplicatedlater without substantial evidence. The chargesheethas been hled, and the investigation is completed, assuch there is no risk of evidence tampering. The petitioner requestsanticipatory bail, citing a lack of evidence and thepossibility ofharassmentby police if arrested.
