This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners

/accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking to^quash the^proceedings against them in C.C.No.06 of 2024^pending on the file of learned Vll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District for the offences under sections 498-4, 448, 506 read with 34 of lndian Penal Code and section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Heard Ms.P.Sree Ramya, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State and perused the record

Though the petition is filed for quashing the proceedings, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has restricted his prayer to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners/accused Nos.'l to 4 before the trial Court.

4 Hence, this petition IS disposed of dispensing with the appearance of the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 before the trial Court unless their presence is specifically required during the course of trial, subject to the condition of petitioners/accused Nos.'1 to 4 being represented by their counsel on every date of hearing.
