This Criminal Petition is frled by the petitioneraccused No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No. 1515 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned XII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, MedchalMalkajgiri (for short'l.earned trial Court').

Though this Crirninal Petition is filed for quashing tJre proceedings, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted hig prayer to the extent of dispensing with the presence of tlre petitioner before the learned trial Court.
