Rs.SOO/- notes and said that if he give Rs.1,OO,OOO/-, tlrey will give Rs.5,OO,0OO/- worth black color notes. Believing their words he gave Rs.7,O0,OOO|-, and later they told him that they will give Rs.35,OO,OO/- if he come with them to Velgatoor, and they took him to Velgatoor in their car and shown one bag which is containing Rs.SOO/- bundles. Later, two unknown persons carne to them and introdr:ced themselves that they are police and they want to check the bag, and they all went to some distance pretended to talk, got into.the car and escaped from there with Rs.7,OO,OO0/-, as such, requested the police to take necessary action and basing on the sarne, the police registered case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner subrnitted that ttre petitioner is shown as accused No.6 in the case and all the offences in the said crime are punishable below se\ren years and urithout serving notice under Section 35 (3) of BNSS

At this} stage, gpanting of^pre-arrest bail to^{the petitionerdoes not} arise. llherefore, he^{prayedthe Court to dismiss the criminal} petition.
