(b) The submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 and duly considering the contents of the letter dated OL.O7.2O25 in Rc.No.D/ 3274 12015 and also the Memo dated 22.04.2025 in Rc.No.3274l2OLS issued to the petitioners herein, in compliance to the orders of this Court dated 22.94.2c24 passed in W.p.No.3999O of 2Ot4 and duly bringing the same on record, the contempt is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue the remedies as avaitabte under law against the proceedings issued to the petitioner in compliance to the directions of this Court. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
