This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts ,tct, l97I to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in I.A. No.1 of 2024 in Crl.P. No. 6059 of 2024 on 10.O6 .2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, during the course of arguments, the respondent herein submitted that he u,ould pay the amount within a period of four (O4) months.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent is required to file an undertaking affidavit before the Court in respect of the balance amount.
