DDO Code to Dayara Gram Panchayat, in not depositing the Stamp Duty, Transfer of Property Tax, Registration Fee, User Charges and other sums collected from the parties through e-Stamps and allocation of transfer duty to Dayara Gram Panchayat in furtherance of its constitution under the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 and still continuing to deposit the said amounts into the account of the 8th respondent as arbitrary, illegal, bad in law, and consequenfly direct the respondents to provide Mapping of DDO Code for Dayara Grampanchayat, to determine the revenue share of Dayara Gram Panchayat from the date of its formation to till the date of its payment from and out of the amounts credited to the account of the Bth respondent, with a further direction to all the respondents to recover the funds deposited with 8th respondent in respect of Dayara Gram Panchayat and transfer, to the same to the account of Dayara Gram panchayat, further direct the respondents to deposit the revenue forthwith to the credit of Dayara Gram Panchayat
