Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the action of 2nd Gruhakalpa colony out of 6 K.M. length with on meter width on meter width thro the lands of petitioner and few others i.e. 323.681373.46 sq. yards in Sy.No. 33 and 1981248.82 Sq. yards in Sy.No. 34 of Kowkur Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, R.R.District having dropped in proceedings notices under section 5-A, 9 (1) and 10 of the land acquisition act and dropped the laying the pipeline on the proposed lands in proceedings daled 101812010 as the same is voilative of the rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Article'1 4, 19 (1Xg), 21 and 300-A of the constitution of India, apart from being voilative of the provisions of Land acquisition Act, HMWS and SB act in addition to the voilative of the principles of naturaljustice and set aside the same by issuance of a writ more particularly a writ in the nature of writ of lVlandamus or any appropriate writ or
order or direction as the Hon'ble Cou( may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case or else the petitioner will be put to great hardship and suffer irreparable loss.
