Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of [\rlandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of lndia declaring the inaction on part of the 6th Respondent herein in not conducting investigation, in not submitting the Charge Sheet under Section 173 of Criminal procedure Code in accordance Section 156(3) Criminal Procedure Code in Crime No. 17 t 2023 daled 7lO1l2O23 within stipulated statutory period of Ninety (90) days in C.C. (SR) No. 6278 I 2022 dated 2511112022 on the fite of Xil th Additionat Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajender Nagar, Cyberabad, R.R.Dist T.S. as Arbitrary, illegal, un-just, improper, U n-Constitutional violative of Articles 14, 19(1) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently in the event of the 6th Respondent's failure in conducting the lnvestigation and non-submission of the Charge Sheet under Section 173 of Criminal Procedure Code the official Respondents 1 to 5 herein be directed to take immedlate /appropriate action against the 6th Respondent herein as per law.
