Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleasecl to issue an order/direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inat;tion of respondents 2 to 4 for not taking any steps on the representation dt. 02.1'l .2021 , 05.11.2021 and 06.12.2O21 seeking to conduct enquiry into the issuance of 138 certificate vide ref. No. Blg4712006 dt. January 2015 issued by the ther MR0/4th respondent without following due process of law prescribed under section 5A of the Telangana Rights ln Land And Pattadar Passbooks Act 1971 and thereby incorporating the names of respondents 6 and 7 being unconnr:cted to the progeny of petitioners common ancestor late Chakali Narayana alias Gadasanthala Narayana in respect of an extent of land admeasuring Ac. 41 .10 Gts falling in Sy no. 376 situated in Mallapur village, Yadagiriguttamandal, Yadadri-Bhongir district and for not issuing 38E certificate in favour of the LRs of late Chakali Narayana alias Gadasanthala Narayana in respect of the said land, despite several representations by the petitioner and his father as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 300A of constitution of lndia, and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequenfly direct the resF,ondent authorities to hold a detailed enquiry into the issuance of 138 certificate vide ref. No.B.194712006 dt January 2015 issued by the then MRO/4th respondent in respect of the said land and thereby delete the names of respondents 6 and 7 from the Record of rights relating to the said land so also to cancel the patta passbooks issued in favour of respondents 6 to 7 and to take steps for issuance of section 3BE certificate under Hyderabad Tenancy and Agricultu ral Lands Act 1 950, in respect of the said property in favour of LRs of late Chakali Narayana alias Gadasanthala Narayana.
